Resetting a forgotten password
How to request a reset link and set a new password if you can't sign in.
Forgotten your password? No problem. We'll email you a link that lets you set a new one. Your bookings, passes and history are all untouched — only the password changes.
Setting a new password

Tap “Forgot password”
You will find it on the login screen, just under the password field.

Enter your email address
Use the address on your account. For your privacy we always show the same confirmation message, whether or not an account exists for that address.

Open the email we send
It arrives within a minute or two and contains a single reset link. Check your junk folder if you cannot see it.

Choose a new password
Follow the link and enter your new password twice so we can be sure there are no typos.

Log in with it
Head back to the app and sign in with your email and the new password.
Reset password
Enter the email address on your Forma by Built2Move account and we'll send you a link to set a new password.
The link only works once. Request a new one if it has expired.
